Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 10-12 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. 

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated when possible.

We ship orders via USPS using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping address at checking. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays caused by the shipping carrier, or any other shipping delays. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
